Step Up 4 Cardiac Health

Step up your fitness game on February 13, 2022 for the 5th annual Step Up 4 Cardiac Health. This stair climbing event raises funds for Cardiac Health at the Abbotsford Regional Hospital. Participants of this event climb the 596 steps or walk the concourse around the arena at the Abbotsford Centre. Start times: Registration 8:00am to 8:45am Warm up 8:45am to 9:00am Start time 9:00am to 11:30am Prizing 11:30am to 12:00pm Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation is working to prioritize our guest’s health and safety during this event. We will be following current Provincial Health Order guidelines and will provide any changes and updates to you leading up to the event. Attendance at Foundations events, guests must be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination at event check-in.
