CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS Schools Out #HSSchoolsOut Contest This contest is intended for residents of Canada only, and will be interpreted according to the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. This contest is being conducted by Shape Property Management Corp. (“Shape”) for Highstreet and excludes employees of Highstreet, tenants and employees of retail tenants of Highstreet. How To Enter: Have your picture taken at the Highstreet “Schools Out #HSSchoolsOut” photo mural wall beside the playground at Highstreet Shopping Centre (3122 Mt Lehman Road, Abbotsford BC, V2T0C5). Post the picture on Instagram with #HSSchoolsOut or email the photo to info@highstreetfv.com with subject line #HSSchoolsOut. A winner will be randomly selected each Thursday of June starting June 8th (June 8th at 12:00PM, June 15th at 12:00PM, June 22nd at 12:00PM & June 29th at 12:00PM) at 12:00PM Pacific Time, and announced on the @HighstreetFV Instagram page once a winner is drawn. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person, one entry per couple. Contest runs Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 10:00AM Pacific Time – Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 12:00PM Pacific Time (the “Contest Period”). Shape reserves the right to stop/cancel the contest at any time in its sole discretion. Prize: Four (4) $75 Cineplex gift cards will be given away during the contest period, June 1 – June 29, one (1) $75 Cineplex gift card per week. Each week a prize will be awarded by random draw, draws will occur on June 8th at 12:00PM, June 15th at 12:00PM, June 22nd at 12:00PM & June 29th at 12:00PM, Pacific Time. Shape reserves the right to substitute any prize or prizes with a similar prize of equal cash value, or cash. Prize Redemption: Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Prize awarded may not be substituted by the prize winner and is not transferable and has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded. Prize Winner will be required to present ID and the direct message via Instagram. A correctly answered skill-testing question may be required. General Conditions: All participants must abide by the Contest Rules. All contest entries remain the property of Shape. Shape reserves the right to amend or change the Contest Rules at any time without prior notice. Any participant in the Contest shall have no legal recourse against Shape, Highstreet, its tenants, agency, advertising agency and consultants or their respective employees for any such changes, cancellation or termination. By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decisions of Shape, which shall be final on all matters relating to this contest. By entering the contest, participants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph for use in promotional material by Shape in relation managed shopping centres, without payment or compensation other than the prize awarded. By entering this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and the decisions of Shape.
