You're all invited to attend our 40th Birthday Party and come in for a workout anytime. Main festivites will be happening from 5pm-8pm. We will be having vendors, food and prizes! We will also be releasing a bunch of awesome new classes as well! Feel free to attened any of them!

5:30 HITT ( High Intesitity Interval training, advanced)
5:30 RPM ( Spin Class, medium)
6pm Core ( resistance training, medium)
