Free Boot Camp with Vanessa

FREE Highstreet Boot Camp with Vanessa is BACK, every Thursday located in Unit M210 (upstairs across from Marshalls). The following procedures are also in place to keep you safe & healthy: – Participants should not come to class if they are feeling under the weather – Participants must bring their own yoga mat, we will not be providing shared mats or equipment at this time – To minimize gathering, participants are asked to wait outside of the unit until welcomed inside by Guest Services – The fitness area will be cleaned by Highstreet before and after every class By order of the Provincial Health Officer (PHO), proof of vaccination is required to participate in indoor group fitness. Starting September 13, participants must have at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. By October 24, participants must be fully vaccinated.
