Join us for a panel discussion on "Staying Ahead - meeting changing customer needs!" focused on what businesses and organizations need to do to remain relevant in our fast-changing consumer world. With the graying of the boomers, the rise of the millennials and the vast array of social media available today's business environment demands an even greater focus on the customer.
Prominent providers of major customer service, these three organizations are well positioned to provide insight to our members on what are current trends in consumer expectation, how has the landscape changed in recent times and what is needed to remain not only competitive, but to be seen as a leader in the industry.
